I am torn. I need social media to feel alive, cause I still isolate a lot more, than normal. I am immunocompromised, so for me Covid has not yet ended. I also think it is important for people like myself that it is more frequently acknowledged that thousands of people continue to die of Covid every single day. Acctually more so now, than during the beginning and other previous times during the pandemic. Anyway- back to social media... so I need it, yes- but it can also take up a little too much time. But in my situation I find it neccessary to become motivated in many regards. So it's not all bad.

I actually quit social media all together 2 months ago. But then I was really craving the content that makes me happy and where I learn something (like yours). So a few weeks ago I started using social media again but only on my Laptop, that way I only consume the content I want to, and it's a lot harder so slip into mindless scrolling! But I can imagine that it's so much more difficult for you, as you work in social media! For example, I blocked all apps and websites, as I don't have enough self-control to just not use the Apps. But that's something you probably can't do because of your work. I loved this video!! Really inspiring and made me feel happy and cozy

My goal for next year is to scroll less on social media (TikTok), surround myself with people who make me happy, and achieve all my goals (and finish others that I couldn't finish this year, like losing weight, I lost 14 kg and I need to lose like 3/4 kg). I want to start KZbin again, and in March I'm starting a course in Yoga Ayurveda (two subjects that I love). And Sisse your content makes me really happy, I see you as a friend or as a family member cause you have a very happy and loving aura, I really can see that your friends are always delighted when with you so please for the next year you'll need to be smiley and happy too.
