I have been purchasing the exact same style of croc flip flops annually from Amazon since 2016; do you know how livid I was this year with the current crocs craze which made my beloved unavailable?! 🤯 I refuse to wear any other flip flop, the comfort is unmatched. Right! I remember I used to say “you will never see a pair of crocs on my feet” and now I have 5 pairs because they are so dang comfy!! I walk a lot at work and they are also slip resistant so I love them. I can walk for hours while wearing them!!

They are not plastic at all. They have slides, shoes and flip flops. I’m a pharmacist and stand 10 hours a day and that’s all I wear. The flip flops and slides are much softer than crocks, you won’t regret.

Random share but I was in a product innovation meeting at work this week and the presenter mentioned a sustainable notebook company I thought you might like to check out if you haven't before. Experienced social media manager here. I wouldn't worry too much about influencers having bot followers unless they are VERY sophisticated bots (which I doubt exist). Buying fake followers can really pull down your place in the algorithm and screw up your results (very hard to recover from), Instagram can tell. Love your videos as always, Dr Dray! I always look forward to your vlogs.

And also (what I've read in recent articles, this one could be wrong), instagram can tell that they're bots so they give less weight to the interaction. So many things make it a poor marketing choice.

I was in Mexico recently where Tretinoin is sold over the counter in pharmacies. I bought several tubes as it is much less expensive than in the US. I use 0.05 in a cream. The Tretinoin cream I bought in Mexico (name brand and generic) is more moisturizing and easier to spread than what the prescription generic I get here in the US.

I've had a prescription for Tretinoin (0.025) for a few years now. I'm occasionally given tret made by a different manufacturer than what i was given previously, not sure if i can control which one i they supply me with next, but my current one made by "Perrigo" has a really smooth, silky texture that spreads easily, so that a pea-sized amount feels like it goes farther. Another brand i've used before this felt somehow denser, a bit harder to spread.

Mini backpacks, yes! I got mine around '96, the one with a zip on the straps, and I'm using it every day, to this day, and it's 26 years later. That brand (Bigstar) deserves super kudos. Crocs? Vegan and so comfy you don't realize you even have them on. Better check on your feet before you go to bed at night, I kid you not. That said, they're possibly the most hideous footwear ever put out on the market though. 🦊

Lol I got a little brown canvas mini backpack at stonewall 25 in New York, used it forever, until it got a massive ink stain. It was super impractical, I was in grad school and needed a much larger backpack, but I loved it. I always got mistaken for a man from the back - I was wearing T-shirts, men's gap jeans, docs, & having a shaved head...but a tiny, adorable decorative backpack in functional brown canvas just screamed lesbian lol

I tried a sample of Altreno .05% (for anti-aging) from my dermatologist's office and I liked it, so I asked for a prescription. I would have to buy it from her for $135 for a 45-gram tube. I knew from your videos that Altreno is tretinoin in an enhanced medium, so I asked for a prescription for generic tretinoin. They sent the tretinoin to a mail order house, and it was still $135 for 45 gm! I checked Good Rx and discovered that I could get it at Costco for $49! The Costco pharmacist quickly got the prescription transferred for me. So, thanks to *you* and *Costco* I saved a bundle! 😀🤑🥰 I find the generic a little less emollient than the brand name, but the savings is well worth it! Incidentally, the patient instructions say to let your face dry thoroughly for 20 minutes before applying the tretinoin cream.

I use altreno and it is very good. I’ve been using Agency, however, as I like the added azaleic acid, tranexamic acid and niacinamide they add. Adds more of a punch for discoloration I have from past breakouts

Would love to hear you medical input about the embarrassing stuff that some people might not be comfortable going to a doctor about like skin lumps and boils and infections and diseases outside of the vaginal wall things . It's super annoying, and unfortunately people seem to still fall for it even when it seems blatantly obvious. It only turns into identity theft if they gain information and use it maliciously; at that point it's a crime. Otherwise it's just imitation which isn't necessarily a crime.

I too have a bunch of those Portobello bone china mugs. Have several for each season of the year. :) I love them! They hold a good amount of coffee/tea without being too heavy like ceramic mugs, so they don't aggravate my arthritis in my wrist. :) I still get those fake messages with your thumbnail telling me I've won a prize....I report them then delete.

Yes, pre-work out drink consumer - I typically drink coffee in the morning before running but in the afternoons/evenings, I have to remember to hydrate really well with the 100+ temps outside. I'm a salty sweat-er so I know I need more of the electrolyte minerals than most people, hence the pre-workout. There have been studies on how certain compounds encourage recovery too. It serves a purpose. Also, I know runners who can't tolerate caffeine pre-running, common runners IBD.

Good morning Dr Dray! Remember I had a bad eyelid eczema and my Dr didn’t give me anything? Someone on internet, told me to get Flexitol Eyelid eczema cream (5% colloidal oatmeal) and BOOM! disappeared in 2 days. Also, there is a Dr selling cream with NAD+. I know orally can help as a longevity supplement, but topically I don’t know if it’s absorbed or helps the mitochondria in the skin… what do you think?

It’s honestly crazy to me how little government oversight there is to… bots don’t have free speech rights and actually are more likely to be used in nefarious ways because they can’t be prosecuted. Coffee makes my face and stomach bloat even in moderation. If I drink coffee I always wake up to puffy eyes with dark circles. Coffee is known to dehydrate you even moderately.

I love the sandal style for crocks! I even have some platform heels from Crocks that are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I was wondering how Aveeno calm and restore nourishing cleanser compares to Neutrogena’s hydro boost cleanser? The cups your friend gave you are beautiful! The birdied probably can hold the tea bag strings too. I have the same issues with headbands creeping back.

I love eco vessels. They are heavier but I love them because they keep water cold for 24 hours! I don’t keep water in there that long, however if I go to bed with it, the water is still cold when I wake up.
