I really enjoy your home decor videos and like your style but I don’t think the settee setup looks good. If you really like the settee look, you should do it on the back wall only and do 2 single dining chairs around the table. That will create a better flow and won’t look like you tried to cram furniture in the space. Everything else looks beautiful though! Thanks for sharing your space!

Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve tried two chairs with the banquette and while that would work in a bigger space, my space doesn’t allow for that and feels cramped and overcrowded.Also, to have only one half of the banquette against the wall will not work with two chairs because then the furniture will feel too small for the space. However, I am enjoying the current layout and think it works well in the space and not only did it open the space up visually but it actually feels more spacious which my family and I enjoy. ❤

@@LaurenAllure Understandable! You have a L Shaped settee which wouldn’t work with the 2 chairs. It would have worked with the a regular one. As long as you and your family love and enjoy it is all that matters!
