i literally just watched amani’s most recent upload right before this (your) video lol! you both have been very inspirational for me lately during this period of my life where i’ve been experiencing a lack of motivation and routine. i’m normally a very outgoing, adventurous and wellness conscious person so moments when i’m not in that mode easily affects my mental health. you speaking on being more intentional about the way you spend your day really spoke to me because that’s something big in my life right now. i’m more of a afternoon girlie but i want to transition into a morning girlie haha because i know it would work better for my lifestyle. anyways, thank you for sharing!
