as an 18-year vegan (the last decade of that was whole foods plant-based), and a person who had a myomectomy last year, I totally advocate for checking for fibroids and cysts. No one in my family had them, so I felt like the fibroids came out of no where. BUT I 100% believe they were due to life stress and they were telling me that I needed to heal my mother wound. Just wanted to share because I sometimes we think we have all our bases covered but we gotta stay vigilant outchea lol.

Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
