Feeling sad today, my mom recently passed away from lung cancer. It's been very hard, but trying to focus that she's not in pain anymore and she will be my forever angel now🤍 everything will be okay and giving everyone who need virtual hugs today.

Tara, speaking from experience; I believe whether you realize it or not, with your mums diagnosis your body is under a lot of stress/trauma. Make sure to let yourself deal with what you're going through and give yourself some grace and your body some much needed relaxation. I hope you feel better soon and I'm praying for you and your family.

Something I found really helpful when I would bake and roast meats is a meat thermometer. I got one from Amazon that stuck to my fridge and used it to check to make sure my meat was cooked all the way through.

I was going to say the same thing! Not trying to give anyone more anxiety, but chicken can look cooked and still not have the right internal temperature. A thermometer might help relieve some of that anxiety!

@@imtaramichelle make sure you are using it properly....my bf was using ours wrong every time he cooked and it never worked out for him until I taught him how to use it correctly! try watching some videos on how to properly temp your meat and maybe that will help!
