Hello dear Nuria ~~~ I would love to recommend a Lumie sunrise/sunset lamp. Helps very much if you get the seasonal depressions, since they are classed as light therapy devices! + also they light up / light down for 30 mins before wake / sleep and help maintain a natural circadian rhythm. I also just use mine as mood lighting in my room to try and brighten the space, I always recommend to anyone who has to be more cautious with their mental health 🌸🌸🌸🌸 + some fresh air first thing in the morning, even if it’s just sticking your head out the window - some time for your body to adjust to a new day before thinking of work&responsibilities 🌸 much love
