How do you like your couch after having 2 week. For me personally the couch is not soft, after sitting and watching Movie; have to get up bc my bottom are sore. Forget napping on it. The color and how the couch look is so beautiful but not comfortable. My sister bought one and regrets it.

I think it’s comfortable but I agree it’s not super soft or plush. I have noticed it is less firm over time - I think it needs to be broken in a little! ❤️

It’s held up great! Sitting on it right now! We’ve moved to a new house with it, no problems. Still super easy to clean. Really no issues!

Hello! The rug is from a brand called Unique Loom (on Amazon). This exact rug is no longer available, but you can look for that brand on Amazon and see the other ones they have. It's super easy to clean and it's been really durable. We now have it in our bedroom. Hope that helps! :)

I’m about to purchase this couch. How wide is your front door? The pieces fit in without a problem?

Not sure how wide ours is but it seems to be pretty standard. The pieces were delivered and taken out of their boxes before they came through the door. Hope that helps!

It comes in 6 separate pieces. Every "seat" is separate.

Did you notice any snagging with the cushion? There were lots of negative reviews regarding the snagging and the build quality. Would love to get your thoughts after 1 year. Thanks

We have had maybe 2 small snags in the seams of the ottoman because the dogs constantly jump up on it, but they’re hardly noticeable and I just cut away the snag. I’ve been very impressed with the way this has held up - far exceeded my expectations!

I have the same couch but my color is more Jackie color with a light greenish tint to it. Yours appears in the video have more of a tan color, which is the one I was hoping for I know that they very slightly. Do you notice a green greenish hint to your color?by the way my rug is smaller then my couch too 😂

Hey!! Thank you for watching! 🥰 The pieces all came in boxes, but the delivery guys unboxed them before bringing into my home. Delivery was on time - they called me a few minutes before they got there as well. Great service!

Do the covers come off / are they washable?

They don’t come off. You can use household cleaners and a rag or an upholstery cleaner on it. I’ve had to scrub it clean due to pet accidents and it’s come clean super easily. See other comments I’ve responded to for more info

I just measured it and I’d say about 32 inches without the feet but keep in mind the top is very flexible because it’s got about 4 inches of fluffier pillow-type material at the top.

@@mallorychamberlin8483 It’s a standard door, I’m not sure. But the couch fit through fine with no issues.

The pieces can easily be maneuvered to fit through a smaller door frame by the way you angle them. Maybe inside the boxes they wouldn’t fit, but our delivery guys took the pieces out of the boxes and just brought in the sectional pieces.

I use a lint roller or a vacuum hose attachment to get off all the dog hair. As for any stains, we haven’t had to worry about this yet. I think on the website it gives you suggestions for how to clean it - I think with upholstery cleaner it says. Thanks for watching!! 🙂
