Hi Clancy! I had Covid my last pregnancy in the beginning of my 2nd trimester and everything was fine! Nothing like blood clots just felt like a sinus infection and went away pretty quickly! Baby never was affected by it and is now a very healthy 1.5 year old

You should write them a little apology letter FROM ASHER, and give them little baggies w yummies and maybe a boxer shaped cookie. Make it like its coming directly from Asher. If they were scared w his interaction, this might help. Let them see that hes not some ‘crazy dog’, that he just got super excited and wanted to be their friend… (if u know where they live-u can deliver). Tell the kiddos he feels really bad and that he’s gonna go to training to get better (asher saying it) 🐾

I had covid in 2022 at 21 weeks pregnant. I didn't go to the dr just did a rapid test. I took tylenol sparingly too because I was nervous about it too. I had a fever so I was concerned about raising my body temp for the baby. I just rested at home and got better. I am currently watching that happy and healthy 17 month old playing. Take care mama! I had covid around 12-14 weeks with my son last year. It sucked so bad, but he’s totally healthy! I’m sure you’ve already talked with your OB, but make sure they know. My OB made me do non-stress tests at the end of my pregnancy just to make sure babe was doing well since I did have Covid.

I tested positive for Covid just a few days before giving birth. I was really sick just like you. But my baby girl arrived perfectly healthy! Doctor was saying it’s good I got Covid while I was pregnant so I can pass along my antibodies to my baby.

My Pom is a year and a half and we had issues with leash reactivity where he would bark like crazy and lunge toward people, other dogs and cars while walking. I was searching dog trainers in my area and then I remembered I had a collar that vibrates and/or beeps. No shock!! It fixed the issue in one session. It got his attention so he heard me say no and when he passed by without reacting I would praise him and give him a treat. Could also be used for the jumping issue.

I was 37 weeks pregnant and had terrible lower body pains, thought I was in labor. Went to the ER, they didn’t even test me for anything except check I was in labor. This was in Jan 2021. The next day at home, tested positive for Covid. Healthy bandy girl came 3 weeks later.

Covid while pregnant is no joke!!! I got Covid when I was 30 weeks pregnant and it was rough. My son is now 4 months old and healthy as can be. I also ended up getting a second growth scan because of the Covid so the bright side was I got to see him again! I also took Tylenol when I needed it, especially to reduce my fever.

Glad to hear they made the decision to build! I don't blame you about the 5 days thing. I was actually VERY lucky and was essentially asymptomatic when I had COVID, I only knew because my husband was sick with symptoms like yours so I tested and I was positive for nearly the entire 2 weeks that we used to have to wait. I would have gotten so many people sick using those new guidelines :( So happy you are feeling better!

Don’t worry, baby will be fine! I had Covid before I even knew I was pregnant so was super stressed when I found out and then was super sick about halfway through my pregnancy. It’s scary but your body knows what to do to protect baby❤

Asher is just adorable! Mine used to jump on people as well and while it was just love and excitement, people don’t like that. I was able to get mine to stop but good for you with going through the training. Sorry you had Covid, had it once and really wasn’t very sick but I know some are. They work great and it saves you worry in case he darts out! Also he’s a bigger dog so a harneras collar would be better for him than one around his neck. I’ve owned boxers my whole life and they do best with harnesses. Just some suggestions. But I’m so happy for you! Everything seems like it’s really falling in place for you!

Awww Clancy ❤ I got Covid for the first time in the very beginning of my pregnancy. I was nursing, it was rough. Take care of yourself. I was worried myself and made a mistake of googling. I quickly stopped, I knew so many people who had it while pregnant and all wad/is fine. My doctor didn’t try and put me on anything. Just lots of rest. I’m now 30 weeks pregnant and all is ok. Just rest ❤❤❤

I was pregnant with my three year old when I got Covid. He is so healthy today. Then also pregnant with my almost one year old and I got it. She’s super healthy too. I don’t take any meds when I’m pregnant either ☺️

Clancy I had Covid while pregnant, around the same gestation as you. I was terrified and it was the worst I had been sick in a long time! BUT everything was perfectly fine and they actually told me my son would have natural antibodies and he’s 2 now and have never had Covid! Drink tons of fluids and rest 🩷 praying for you!

I have a friend with two dogs that jump on people all the time. They have sharp nails and when I go to the house they jump and jump and jump. If you sit in the couch, they both jump on the couch and jump all over you. They won’t stop. I’ve gotten scratched and it’s really annoying. The only way they stop,is if my friend kennels them. I have no idea why he doesn’t take them to dog training. I don’t like going over there. Good for you for taking care of that.

I’m so sorry you got Covid while pregnant, Clancy! It happened to me about a year and a half ago, and it wasn’t fun. Definitely difficult to deal with when you can only take a few choice medicines. Everyone was fine, though (I had twins). I did take a baby aspirin each day on my doctor’s recommendation to prevent any potential blood clots.

My best friend had Covid during pregnancy and they had her deliver at 39 weeks because of the risk of blood clots like you said, but it went smoothly and she and baby were healthy! Baby just got immunity. No issues at all!

I had Covid when I was 28 weeks pregnant and it was absolutely awful 🙃 but my son is 4.5 months old and completely healthy! They’ll probably do a growth ultrasound later on to make sure all is good but I think it’s mostly considered dangerous if you end up with a fever! Just keep an eye on your temp and if it gets even close to fever range and won’t go down, go into the ER! Other than that, you and baby will be okay 💖 what helped me for nighttime was sleeping elevated!

Hey girl! I remember I had Covid in 2021 when I was pregnant (about the same amount of weeks as you are now). It sucked because I had just started feeling better nausea-wise and exhaustion-wise & then covid hit full force. I had a lot of the same symptoms as you, plus a terrible fever that kept me up all night one night. I was nervous because I’m allergic to Tylenol (acetaminophen) & you can’t take Ibuprofen when pregnant. So I was wondering what I’d do if the fever didn’t go away or the aches/pains got worse. But I drank lots of water, slept a ton & made it through with no meds thankfully. 🙏🙏 Me and baby were absolutely fine & now he’s an insane 2-year-old! 🙃 I’m hoping you’re already feeling better!!
