My daughter flew from NYC to California to see Taylor and she said it the best concert ever! She said the crowd was wonderful and everyone was kind, considerate, no pushing or shoving and she exchanged bracelets with women from all over the world. I'm so glad you had a great time.

Lovely fun Vlog. Your excitement at going to the concert was infectious. I am living here in Sandymount very close to the Aviva for the next 3 nights. The band were rehearsing in the stadium thus evening and I might have been in the stadium the sound was so clear. I am going to get my nieces and nephews and friends young people who were not fortunate to get tickets to come over and sit and party on the garden. I know it wont be the sane as being there but they will be able to soak the atmosphere in the and excitement around the village and enjoy the music. Your daughter is 100% correct! I went to one of the shows last year in New Jersey and I still haven’t felt that level of happiness again. The whole show feels like a warm hug, everyone is so nice, and the atmosphere feels so inclusive.

Making sticky rice is actually super easy. It’s the only rice I always make. Make sure to use Jasmin rice. Wash it about 3 times with water. Then fill the pot with water until it reaches your first knuckle on your index finger when you touch the rice. Bring to a boil with the lid on. Then turn it down so it doesn’t boil over, with lid slightly off. Wait until all water is gone and then take it off the fire. But lid back on and let sit for about 5-10 minutes. Super fail proof ❤
