It depends! If one of the bags is on display, sometimes people will ask for a new one. I usually inquire when it comes to Chanel but any time a purse is ordered, it's usually new and still all wrapped up. But if a bag I tried on has been pulled from the back and has no issues, I'll take the one I've tried on.
