40:58 Remove the leaves when doing flower arrangements. Leaves carry bacteria and that is what makes the water go bad faster. Little tip I learned from my florist friend. You can leave the leaves that are at the top closest to the bulb of the flower for a fuller look. Just the ones that are going to be touching or submerged need to be removed.

I’m a homebody too. You remind me of myself. That’s what made me subscribe. I don’t subscribe to a lot lifestyle channels and the first one I watched was your cleaning video. But you remind me so much of myself I had to subscribe. I love fashion, beauty but home is my safe space and I have to drag myself out sometimes. Kirah yesssssss collagen powder works.... you just need the minimum requirements 35mg (I think🤔 ) some powder comes in 20mg minimum...so you can get the rest in food or drinks. Consistency is key! Trust me it works dermatologist recommended 👌

Please look into an African Shower Net sponge! It will change your life!!! I promise you lbvs. I love to exfoliate and feel soft but I too have short arms but that tool was indeed a game changer. It dries hella fast after use so it’s super hypoallergenic. Also it’s reusable so it’s will be awhile before you’ll need to replace it; just pop in the wash and continue use! I hope you try it. You always put me on, I thought I’d share one of mine with my gworl! Lol

I notice a significant difference in my skin when I add collagen to my smoothies. Skin is plumper, more glory etc. When I stop, it seems like my skin is more dull and my dark circles are more prominent. I know people say collagen is better when applied topically. However, I have great results with consumption. Definitely works for me 🤷🏾‍♀️

Remove the leaves that are submerged in the water. Tulips do not need the 'food".... But, tulips will lean towards the sunlight...so you may notice them leaning after a day or so. It's best to prep them and leave them 'contained' for the first day to limit that.....

I am a certified nutrition specialist and Designs for Health Whole Body Collagen is one of the best kinds of collagen on the market. Most people are collagen deficient so the best thing to do is a collagen load, take 1 scoop three times a day for 2 weeks, then you can take 1 scoop a day thereafter. You will notice after doing this better hair, skin and nails, also your joints will feel better especially after working out! Home made bone broth is really good too, but tedious to make.

Hey Kirah! I have tried the naturium body wash multi oil. It is moisturizing. It just took so much of it for it to actually lather (I like suds 🤣 it’s a mental thing.) I do feel clean after using it which is the most important, but much like native it was not “epic”. I am going to try the glycolic acid body wash next from naturium to see how that one goes. Enjoy!
