I’ve been taking cold showers for six months. Gworl!!! It is life changing!!! My anxiety and stress levels have gone way down. I have so much energy throughout the day. It helps with my muscle recovery after workouts. My skin is more popping too!! It’s uncomfortable at first, you’ll get use to it. It’s so worth it!

I always start off with warm water. Then I slowly change the temperature to the coldest it can get. I usually do 5-10 minutes. I always play music as well, that helps the time go faster for me. Lol

Hey beautiful, when you are not eating all day….make sure you are drinking lots of water to flush out toxins and try to add 1/4 of a tsp of Himalayan pink sea salt to your water it will take that headache away sooooo fast. I just finished a 21 day water fast and it is life changing! I have always been 134lbs then after surgery your body acts up!!! And your hormones act up and you hold onto sooooo much water weight!!! This will help you get where you want to be and all you have to do is maintenance after that! You will be sooooo happy spiritually and mentally! You should try a small one. It sucks when you are trying to lose weight and can’t and you are doing everything and you feel defeated after one bad meal! Hit me up if you want info.
