Siby, I’m so sorry about your bags! I would try giving them a good once-over with a good leather conditioner (but not if bag is coated canvas, patent leather or suede), and then stuffing them, and maybe that will help take out the wrinkles. I stuff my bags and also put felt inserts in them, both of which help them keep their shape. The leather conditioner I use on my bags is by Royce. Here’s the link amzn.to/3ThBqfZ

Sometimes in the winter, when it gets below the 80s I can do that but, otherwise, it’s just too hot and humid. I would be soaking wet within a few minutes.
