I also find I would get anxiety in the afternoons and found that it was actually the caffeine I had been drinking in the morning going through my system! It depends on the person, but I found that limiting my caffeine consumption during the day helped get rid of afternoon/evening feelings of anxiety. Much love xx

Fiona Didato this is exactly why I don’t drink caffeine anymore! I also found myself getting anxiety later in the day and cutting caffeine really helped. I still drink coffee every single day, but I stick to decaf only :)
