Slice open dates and put the sun butter inside, then drizzle with melted dairy free chocolate. Tastes just like a candy bar!! You can also throw dates into smoothies and it makes them soooo delicious!

I had my baby August 26th and I had no labor and delivery plans, my only plan was to do whatever felt right for me in the moment and to have a safe ans healthy baby, and MY LABOR WENT SO WELL. Truly the most positive experience I could ever ask for. So just know there are positive birth experiences! And I hope yours goes just as well💕

dates idea: since u now have the sunflower butter you can put some of that into the date then melt some dark chocolate and coat them in that and refrigerate them for like 15 min or so. and u could also even put seasalt if u wanted but trust me dates with nut butter is sooo good!!!

Clancy, you are a champ! You have done so well with your pregnancy. I worked in the medical field for 29 years! Fifteen was in Pediatrics, so sometimes people just think because you’re a woman you should know everything. I also can’t believe how good you have done trying to make more food from home! You have to keep trying different recipes, and you’ll get your favorites on rotation. It would be nice maybe when your mom comes for you guys to make ahead some freezer meals so they will be ready to reheat when the baby comes!!! They are so easy! Lots of dump and go’s. If they are in the freezer you can take it and put it in the refrigerator the night before you want to use it and when your ready put it in the crockpot in the morning and it can be ready for lunch or dinner. I don’t know if you have extra freezer space to put gallon sized ziploc bags laying down flat. But if your freezer isn’t too full you could freeze them laying down flat on a paper plate or a cookie sheet and when frozen, you can then stand them up like books in the freezer. I would even do maybe a lasagna in a foil pan and freeze it when you finish cooking it you can cut it up into large size servings and put them in separate freezer bags so if just you want it, and your mom or dad doesn’t want it that day you can just reheat one serving at a time. I would also do some HOMADE soups too! Chicken soups or we enjoy chicken enchilada soup. It will save you money and convenience and you know your dad’s gonna want his one and a half sandwhiches!! 😮 so cute! Can’t wait to see him with the baby. That tuff guy is going to melt before our eyes!! One of my fav vlogs are by The Wads(Kim) she has a lot of freezer meals she has on her channel that she made before each baby. Now she has 5 kids. But they are easy to just put the stuff in the bags and zip it up, freeze them and pull them out to cook day of in the crockpot! They are simple recipes. Something that everyone would enjoy, I’m sure your brother will be over to! One less thing for you to think about everyday! I promise. BTW, I was looking on your Amazon list and didn’t find those pretty sunglasses you have on. I just think they look so good on you. Do you remember where you got them? If you do, will you please give the name or link them? I have seen such a change in you since having Asher, well it’s going to be a whole new ball game when baby boy is here!!!! Wishing you and Zack, and the family for you and the baby to be happy and healthy and enjoy the new life you are bringing into this world. That mommy love is already overflowing with Asher so super excited to see you with your new love. It’s the most love you will ever feel for the rest of your life. You will see the world through different eyes and want to teach and experience so much with him! All the ❤ and best to you! If you like nut butter but don’t like dates, you can spread some nut butter inside the date and eat it that way :) Also - might be a little late for this pregnancy but in your next one (if you plan another one) the aniball is great to prevent tears by helping your skin/ligaments/muscles stretch in a controlled manner over time

I just had my first baby August 11th and I can confirm when you’re pregnant the heat affects you sooo differently lol like you I wasn’t bothered by the heat easily. I would be outside constantly during the summer, run, garden, anything… then it was like June and I was outside just looking at my plants and I had to keep sitting down because I was out of breath and getting dizzy. Mind you I was still running and working out at this point so it wasn’t that I was out of shape, it was purely the heat!! Nuts lol

I know the decision to have an episiotomy is very personal and maybe even scary. I did not have one with my first baby, but requested a small one the second time. Night and day difference on the recovery. A controlled cut is much easier to sew up and would 10/10 recommend over tearing.

Good thing you’ve been avoiding deli meat as Boars Head which has a lot of good deli meat that is shipped all over the country and delis use it just got shut down indefinitely due to a listeria outbreak and condition of the facility where the meat is produced. And I’m not a fan of deli meat but I love Boars Head deli turkey meat and that is the only deli meat I’d eat. I always made sure the deli sold that deli meat.
