Hey there! You must be thinking about moving here 😊I was also wary about the reviews before I moved in but it's been 3 months now and t's been absolutely great! The communal facilities here are phenomenal. I WFH full time now so I am literally at home 24/7 but everything has been really smooth and no big problems so far. I was nervous about the noise from neighbors (based on the negative reviews) and I do hear my upstairs neighbors dropping stuff or the sound of their dishwasher/laundry machine time-to-time but to be honest, that level of noise is pretty minimal and not to a nerve-wrecking extent 😌I think it also really depends on which building you are in and how considerate your neighbors are. But overall, totally recommend! (Great environment for dog owners too!) Hope this helps! 🤍

@@mikeyd9953 hey we love it here! Just renewed our lease. The parking is great, it’s indoor and leads straight up to the floor of the apartment. 4th floor is an exception though and you would need to park at the rooftop!

Hey! Thanks for watching :) we actually recently renewed our lease for another 14 months as we enjoy living here. Parking lots that go up straight up to each floor is a huge plus! Highly recommend ❤️

So, you know, those bad reviews I saw from Yelp and Google, makes me hesitated, you know , those robbery incidents, theres thieves, rude staff, etc. But from your video, this place seems really cool. Just worried about those negative reviews, so I haven't decided yet. Have you ever worried about those things?
