Fragrance is so terrible for your lungs ! Not to ran on anyone’s parade .. but if anyone has any type of asthma, eczema and or lung issues I’d start with getting rid of things with fragrance . In the long run u also smell better without mixing your natural body chemicals with other chemicals ! If your addicted to smelling good maybe put a bit on your garments however in the long run it isn’t worth it when it comes to your health esp lung health ! . 🧘🏾‍♀️

when it comes to casual wear you wanna go to places like marshalls or tjmax they have all those designer stuff dropped down there. But cheaper and have all the nice stuff. Make sure you go on a Monday or Tuesday, or Saturday (around (11am or 12pm). Places like Zara you wanna go on restock day or when they're having a new collection. Personally I start saving money a month or two before so I get to buy at least three pieces. It's a smart way of being bougie on a budget.

Yes to all of this! There are many ways to buy high quality clothes without spending thousands of dollars. I focus on timeless, well made clothes that last years. Planning, shopping sales, and finding brands that really work for you are a great way to go. There are companies out there that partner with the same manufactures as some of these luxury brands to provide basically the same product for a fraction of the name brand price. And there is luxury consignment if you really want a designer label.

I mean this in the most respectful way but I think you’re missing the point. Quitting fast fashion doesn’t mean buying designer. It means having basics you can use more than once for more than one look. You can buy decent quality basics and reuse them. The shoes you showed at the end doesn’t look like an everyday shoe it looks like something you would have to limit to go with an outfit. I think you have a lot of statement pieces and you bought more with a higher a price. The point is going with basics you can use more than once with different looks. You don’t need to spend 2k to do that.

I'm going through something similar. Not throwing out all my clothes, but because I'm seriously getting into the anti-war movement, I cut up some t shirts that my dad brought back from visiting his girlfriend in Moscow because it feels totally inappropriate to ever wear those shirts again because of the war. I kept a dress and some kimono type wrap arounds because they have flowers on them and could pass for Ukrainian, but the shirts had to go. I love your new hairstyle! Even if it's just a wig. Very chic!

Slowly add to your wardrobe. A dress here, a shoe there. It's a great investment. There are stores you can go to, to get quality for less. You don't need designers to be quality. There are clothes that have good quality that aren't very famous.
