@@Damngoodchicken_ I'm sorry you had to go through that. Hopefully now you are working on seeing yourself differently than what your dad said. Dating yourself also helps you to figure out who YOU are ( what you like to eat, what music you listen to, what sexual kinks you have, how you handle stress ex). When you become confident in knowing who you are, you become confident in the standards that you create that others have to meet in order to be in your life. You become confident in knowing who meets the standards and who doesn’t.

I felt your story deep in my heart, Bella. I also grew up with an unstable father figure, an emotionally and financially absent father specifically. During my teenage years, I had empty relationships and slept with a lot of men that did the bare minimum, trying desperately to seek male validation, or even the minimum sign of affection, because I never received that from my dad. I even got heartbroken, felt lost and disgusting after some of these unworthy relationships. I felt worthless and thought I didn't deserve better. I lowered my standards to the minimum. Since I've become a young adult woman I started to empower myself and know my true worth. Your videos have been really helpful for me, I really like your personality and I identify with a lot of the things that you say. Thank you for doing these really helpful videos. I wish you nothing but the best.

Trying to grow into the person I have always wanted to be both mentally and physically, I even make sure to compliment 3 strangers daily because it has helped so much with my social anxiety (which is near gone now, thanks to therapy!) and I would love to make someone’s day brighter. You don’t walk out of the house without looking your best but since I’ve been engaged my views have been challenged to the point whenever I do get myself together rather than looking how she would have me look whether I’m her presence or not she makes me feel horrible about or complains to the point where I start feeling like wtf is wrong with me after watching your video I found myself saying I have to do what makes me feel better respectfully you know.
