Hunter I feel you. I was diagnosed with extreme Dry Eye. It sounds lame, I know. But omg I was having double vision while driving and I was freaking out. Our vision is everything. The prescription I have to use is like $600/month. Thank God I am in 🇨🇦 and it is covered. I am blessed. I really thought I was going blind. We take our sight for granted. Love you and Julia ❤

Hunter I totally relate!!! I had iritis, which led to my diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Cutting out gluten, seed oils, and focusing on high quality animal protein has been GAME CHANGER!!! (Your protein powder you used has seed oils!!) This small change makes the world of a difference. And switching from HIIT to pilates/low impact is key for pain management! Hope you feel better soon!! I wish I had all the advice I could have when I found out so I hope you see this as helpful and not me grilling y'all lol

I lived in a condo with my newborn for the first 10 months of her life. It was VERY convenient having everything on one floor and having the downtown area to walk around when you’re a new mom/parents makes it easier to adjust!!! highly recommend

Also check Canadian Pharmacy- I learned of it from the RV community. There are medicine and drops there for humans and pets that are sold to us in the US by mail. And a lot of their drops are wayyyy cheaper compared to the states

Also, think it's amazing how you're taking your eye issues in stride, Hunter. What a lovely weekend ❤ Julia you deserve all the moments you can to relax, growing a baby is tough work! Lumi and Kopari natural deodorant are the most dependent for me. And no chemical burns! Both has stronger scent however. I've been aluminum free for 10 years but didn't realize how important it was to avoid aluminum foil or canned food either! All are toxic industrial metals. It's a marathon, not a sprint though with cleaner life style, you learn as you go

OMG when I was pregnant I could not do natural deodorant!!! I’m the biggest natural deodorant user too but something with your sense of smell! I felt like I smelt so bad I was like a sniffer dog! I had to go back to the bad stuff! I’m using natural now but just would not work while pregnant tried so many too!

I'm pregnant, and use Native brand. It works great for me, I use the sensitive one which is green tea aloe. 😊You might need to detox. I had to do that. Use some bentonite clay mixed with a little apple cider vinegar and water and apply it to your underarms for 10 min, rinse off in shower. Hope it helps!

Use vinegar. Was under arms and spray the vinegar while in the shower. Then add your deodorant. I’ve been doing this for a few years on and off thanks to my bf. If you shave it does burn lol
