Wow lucky ralf on the 500 lots and a big order indeed. Guess doing lego sale s help s. keep him busey when not at work ..comperd to us. With no other job and plenty of time on owe hand but may be less $$ cas only get extra $$ if any sale s or just have to bye less stuff .so still got a little $ 😊

Just came across your channel. I find strangely satisfying sorting through used Lego . And yet still surprised finding Lego pieces I’ve never seen before. But most new sets i buy i never build them. But i plan to someday when i retire. 😂

By sheer coincidence I watched Ralph’s vlog last week as well - the time he estimated versus how long it took (and of course he also had to pick the apples - that isn’t going to make any sense to those people who haven’t seen the vlog…), was something else 😀. Had to pause today’s vlog - couldn’t believe the price of the dark blue headlight bricks so went and checked to see if I had any in the collection; turns out I have at least 16 in stock with a few others incorporated into MOCs. And talking of parts / colours I don’t have any sand purple… No, I am not going to buy one of those parts just to say I do have that colour! (The sand red and the free pink parts you sent are sufficient 😀). I am surprised that there was a Avatar set in the bulk box; those sets were not the cheapest, were quite recent released, and blurred the line of Lego not doing “military” so I think it might be worth seeing if the set is worth more than the part out, that said there are some nice sand green parts there…. And I am beginning to think that my subconscious is playing a “where’s Wall-E” game - spotted him on the side.

Wow! 16 of those dark blue headlights. Just think what your whole collection is worth. It is amazing what anomalies we discover with regards to a specific colour or similar. At the same time I often find parts that I think will be worth something only to discover they are worth only pennies. I'm sure you would love some sand purple in your collection :) something for your next order me thinks. I'm starting to think I'll have to put Wall-E in different areas of the room to see if you spot him in each vlog.

I got another order from the same customer today. This one is a bit small around 650 parts 12 lots. Still over $100. How do you like them Apples?

What would you do if someone bought you out completely of used lego? would you go over to only new lego or would you still be selling used?

I'd still sell used as I have a backlog and it's cheaper to acquire than new. Used sells really well too. BUT I must admit I prefer the process of only selling new.

Hello, hope your well watch your videos each week, have my own bricklink store. Was wondering last night I uploaded a set, however it’s duplicated the same parts I already had in my inventory. Not sure why this would happen? Never seen this happen before?

When you say duplicated, are you talking exact item/qty for the entire set? Or are you saying you had new lots created for items you already have on stock. If that the case sounds like you didn't have the consolidate flag checked when uploading.

My post boxes were all about 5 pm...so gave me time to get orders out for next day,about a month ago it changed to 9am..as you now...mr Willoughby liked orders next day..no not ever possible Royalmail are not interested in the public posting..i found that out when i worked for them...made my job far worse than it should of been

Yeah, such a pain. I don’t really understand the reason for the change or how it benefits them. Just another way of degrading their service if you ask me.

I scord a great deal a big storidge head full of lego. Was up all night and till 4 in. Morning sorting into colour pile s got 11 star war s mini fig s in it and bonu s all the lego is like new and clean now to sort .each part s. Into thay lock tight bag s 😊..an check how much the star war s mini fig s werth. And sale them

Hi mate quick question, when something sells on eBay how do you go about updating your inventory on Bricklink and brick owl? Do you do it manually or do you use a software? I use brickfreedom but I don’t think it integrates ebay. Thank you :)

I have started to segregate eBay from Bricklink so as not to have inventory issues but where they do overlap it's a manual process which of course is a pain. I don't have any way to sync. The only tool I know which claims to do this is Bricquer, but its very expensive.

Yeah, 2nd class has gone up so much. Though be aware that business rates did not go up anywhere near as much.
