The 2016 constitution signed by ECL himself in article 106(3) states that who who has been elected & held office twice is not eligible to stand as president. In 2015, ECL was elected & held office regardless of the term being 5 years. ECL signed the 2016 constitution that was speaking of elected & holding office twice. The one for serving two terms was the 1991 constitution signed by FTJ & it was changed to elected & holding office twice under PF regime

Once we have enough FOREX from the mines and other exports, the kwacha strengths and once the kwacha is strong the cost of living drops automatically.
