Article 106 clauses 3 & 6 are related. Clause 6 was made for the purposes of clause 3. Clause 6 (a) & (b) defines what holding office twice means. The relationship with clause 3 is clearly written. Holding office twice means 2 terms & a term is at least 3 years.

A term to be three years was included by pf pa last of the report nit during the review committee , this was done to give of ecl who had dien 2yrs chance to stand again, this where an issue is, they forgot ba pf to remove holding office, sworn in twice and elected twice clauses so that their 2yrs is in line with that. God blinded them,, so pf 2yrs clause was nit sufficient to replace or emend the ones that were a must thus holding office twice sworn in twice and elected twice.These are the key to all issues about being a president, these three can only be avoided through a referendum,, so rhe best way now is to remove the 2yrs clause so that we remain with only holding office twice, sworn in twice, and elected twice as these are the key just as samgwa said but you didn't want to listen
