Thank you for this blogmas. My father was stage director for a ballet company from the 60s-90s. When I was little, I got to see the nutcracker several times, both from the audience and backstage. I remember being in awe of all the dancers, and especially the guest Sugar Plum and her Cavalier. Seeing the video from backstage brought back wonderful memories (and a few tears from missing my dad). I've just recently started watching your videos, and I wish you a wonderful 2022.

Loved all of your vlogs! Poor Sean after that entertaining run through (that only you and he can understand due to Sean-speak), the stellar performance, running for his plane, but no donut. Poor guy. I loved seeing you put up your hair... how many hairpins will she use this time?? 🙏😄 Thank you so much for all the love that you put into each vlogmas vlog!

"Then we do, 'do see do" 😂 You two are hysterical and definitely need a podcast. I didn't realize Sean was a Washington native! I totally googled him after he mentioned the Sendak and Stowell Nutcracker cause the movie version is beloved by a lot of locals and people in their mid-30s who grew up watching it. I am a WA native, too. It's always cool to see local people go off and do big things

A podcast with you and Sean would be hilarious - he seems like a great friend and a great laugh. Also if you blank on the actual choreography, do you ever just throw some steps in that are from another ballet just because that's all you can come up with? Or improv and *then* realise afterwards it was something from another ballet? (Just curious!)
