There is nothing wrong with your camera. It is just adjusting its focus to different things that are in front of it- and very nicely and swiftly done, if I may judge. It is doing exactly what it should. If you do not like the effect, just reduce the depth of the scene in front of it (you could just stand right in front of a plain wall).
