A lovely day Kate I usually do some prep before Christmas but I’ve had flu and now a chest infection (with so many others it seems) I will hopefully do most of the cooking on the 23 and 24 to make the 25 a little easier and to be able to enjoy the day a bit more. I also cook a vegetarian stuffing which goes down well

@@HawthornCottageCraft Oh, now I am a bit ashamed I mentioned the football. Ghent was so sure they would win as Larne seemed the weakest team in this european competition, but Ghent played so awfull and they rightfully lost. congratulations on Larne!!
