Re headache maybe Run as hot a water as you can cope with in the bath just to cover your feet and stand in it. The heat will pull the blood ( as far away from your head) and help relieve pressure in your head.

Oh Becki, being someone who has violent migraines, I feel for you. Having learned the hard way, be careful with over the counter pain relief. When you have to keep taking them (even if you're following the recommended dosage) you can end up with rebound headaches. And they can last for days. I'm sure you're getting lots of advice (maybe you don't want it - sorry) but I'll add my 2cents (yes I'm in the US) in anyway. Magnesium supplements have proven to help headache/migraine sufferers. Maybe you can try that? I loved this vlog by the way. I feel like we saw a little bit more of the friend Becki instead of the very focused, sewing and Jazz and Wow Becki. Does that make sense? I love that Becki as well of course! It was sweet. I'll leave it at that.
