I use naan bread or pita bread for pizza crust as we like thin crust, so easy! I use an olive oil base, not tomato.

I love naan bread, but it is so expensive at our store!! Do you just use olive oil with seasonings?

Anchovies huh? I can't say I have ever had a pizza with them, but I love them in a good caesar dressing!! Yummy!

Thank you..thank you for the tutorial of making your stuffed crust pizza! My brother has been asking me to make him one but I have never attempted it..I make all our pizzas, calzones, grinders because the prices are insane to buy anywhere and not a fan of store bought .. Mozzarella blocks are on sale at my local store for $2.99lb ..I use to get it for $2 to $2.50 a lb but not anymore. I attempted last week to make my own mozzarella from scratch but it was a complete failure it ended up being a blob of cottage cheese that I will use for a different dish. I’m real excited to try your recipe..Have you ever tried making mozzarella sticks? This is on my list next week along with homemade marinara sauce..

You are so welcome! Like I said...I am still learning, but this pizza was so yummy!! Yes...pizza here in our small town is soooo expensive!! So homemade is where it is at! I have never tried to make homemade cheese of any sort. We did use cheese sticks one time, but the block of mozzarella cut into strips is sooo much better!

Where did you get your pizza stone? I have one from pampered chef but that’s 18 yrs old and doesn’t have the handles like yours..thanks

This is a Pampered Chef stone too! They now have handles! I had the ones without handles too back in the day. I was so sad when that one broke!!
