Howdy Warren! Great job on the hashies! Most people dont realize that rinsing off the starch improves the the quality in a big way.i could swear,,,you and I learned to cook in the same kitchen. The grater I got was from Savers. Was like 2.00. There’s some on amazon now I believe. It was a popular thing on TikTok for a bit
