2020 truly has been a year of growth for me! For all of the hard times that I have experienced, I have found hope in the fact that those hard times have made me aware of negative energy around me. I've learned to stop focusing on the negative, and not get so down on myself when things don't go as planned. And here I am now, feeling less anxious and more confident than I ever! Usually February is the most brutal month of winter in NY, so expect to see snow then! We do sometimes get snow as early as November though. in manhattan, the streets are so warm that the snow doesn't stick very long - be prepared for it to look gross and slushy and dirty 😂

From NYC! It really depends on the year, but there's usually light snow at least once or twice by late December and there will be plenty of snow between January and March (maybe even April). There are lots of sunny days with blue skies that look warm when you're indoors, but you'll realize that it's freezing once you get outside. Stay warm!

Gochujang! Go- (like stop and go)- choo (like a train sound)- jang (as in the phone rang but with a j but also softer). 고추장 in Korean (pronounced like the romanized gochujang). Red pepper paste, it is a big staple in Korean cuisine. Did you like it? I'm not a huge dressing on my salads person but I do like condiments and adding spices, herbs, oils, etc in on dishes for maximum flavor. Also yes to hair washing being coordinated around workouts!

It can snow whenever in December BUT it won’t stick until it’s been below 32 degrees (freezing point) for a few days, so it’s still too warm but it might start snowing in a few weeks but you’ll really see it in January
