Just ran across this video those are my favorite cookie in the world. I sent a triple batch to Korea when my niece was in the army stationed there. So she had enough to share with her Barricks buddies. She said she was sure glad she took what she wanted out of it before she passed it on because they were gone within minutes..lol

These are my absolute most favorite cookies in the world! When my best friend and I were in high school (in the 80's haha), we used to make these every single weekend!

My sister had spinal meningitis when she was four which led to her going into a coma. She then had brain swelling and subsequent brain damage which paralyzed her left side. My mom was told by doctors that my sister, Francie, would never walk again. That wasn't good enough for my mom. After multiple surgeries at Shriners in Pennsylvania and a lot of physical therapy, Francie walked, rode bikes, cooked and did all she could even without the use of her left hand. I grew up watching the trials and triumphs of my amazing sister. I love watching all that your family does together.
