apparently the actual German formula of the Nivea face creme is even better than what we get here in the US. There's a website called smallflower apothecary that sells it direct from Germany but you don't have to pay the import fees. I'm getting some for my mom because she loves it.

I love that mask from Walgreens! It’s a cheaper version of the “mint julep” clay face mask. I have sensitive/combination skin, so I just use it as an overnight spot treatment/mask for occasional spots & such. Pimple patches are great, especially during the day, but sometimes drying them out with a clay face mask like that one is what still works best for me.

Speaking of aging, recently turned 30 and struggling. Not because of the number but because in the last year I went from having 0 gray hairs to exponential explosion. They’re everywhere! I’m noticing skin changes too and of course I’m just hyper fixating. I would love your thoughts and conversation of the 30s and 40s as women who really struggle with the signs of being on this earth for longer. Of course you look like you’re 22 so I would also love your secrets.

Best advice, don't be hard on yourself. People look at themselves WAY more intensely than the way other people look at them. When I was modeling back in my late teens, someone said "you can be standing in a room with the most beautiful woman in the world for a modeling job and they will pick you over her if you have a better personality. Personality shows up in the pictures". Also, people want to work with fun people. Yes, inner beauty can certainly outshine outer beauty, even in the modeling world.
