One hand it’s positive on the other challenging. That’s life in general. Girl you keep putting those boundaries up. The followers that understand/support/embrace you will stay. I was really sick with stomach issues last year (still healing but pretty much healed thank GOD) and the pain is literally unbearable and it still truly gives me ptsd flashbacks when I eat certain stuff. I am so sorry to hear about your recent medical scare. I really hope that you start researching about ways to keep your gut and intestine healthy. I see that you love cookbooks and cooking and you should really look into The Castaway Kitchen with Christina. She has two awesome cookbooks on how to heal yourself through food with amazing recipes. I say all this because I have my mom and brother who are colon cancer survivors and I had cancerous polyps removed. I have been following the Autoimmune Protocol Paleo food lifestyle and I for three years now have been the healthiest in terms of my health and gut issues.
