My first meal is usually around 11AM, very light too. Dinner around 6 or 7 and I maintain a good size and is relatively healthy for 70. Breakfast is whenever you break the fast, so do you and you'll be happy with yourself. I too haven't written in a while but I watch all the videos I can. Blessings abundantly 😅

Great vlog as usual Glory. I cracked up when you said you were doing extroverted things for too long because I get it. I usually wax myself and seeing you pull the same direction you applied the wax had me screaming because it looked so painful and I was taught to pull the opposite way. You handled it like a champ.

Girl I was tired! was outside for too long😂😭 The sugar wax was less painful than the normal waxing I used to do, and I have gotten so used to the pain that was why I was able to do this myself. The more I practice I'm sure I'd get better.

Great Vlog Glo, really enjoyed it and well done on the waxing. I've been doing it for some years now myself, legs, bikini area and armpits but using the veet wax from the stores. I'm looking forward to trying make a mixture of my own.

I used to use Veets back when I was younger, but i found it make my armpit darker that was why I opted for waxing
