You look great! So glad you’re staying consistent with the workouts. You could be tired because you aren’t consuming enough calories now that you’ve increased your activity - try adding some healthy calories throughout the day (I’m a big fan of peanut butter with apples). Don’t feel guilty about the naps. Your body is tired and trying to let you know that it needs some rest so it can build up those muscles! 💪🏽 ❤

Thank you! Yes, I need more calories for sure. I don’t like apples and unfortunately don’t eat peanut butter. I do almond butter but I need a healthy ish option with that. I’m so picky and I will eat the same meal for weeks. I’m trying to truly balance my protein and carb ratio.

@@fromcnatonp almond butter works, too! You can also eat a larger portion of your meals (try adding half a portion more) and see how you feel.

It’s the Nama J3… it’s very good, I love it. I was very hesitant to buy it at first. My sister bought it first and had it for a year then I was convinced. I have had it for 3yrs now.

How do you drink the fresh juice? Do you add water or drink it straight? I'd like to try it but it seems like alot of calories and sugar. That was my problem when I first started smoothies - I was gaining weight lol. I had to figure it out to make the calories work.

I should have shown my juice i typically do for myself. The carrot and beets I do my for husband, I drink it sometimes but not a lot. I make kale, pineapple, ginger celery weekly for myself. Thanks for watching

Hey girl hey! I really enjoy your vlogs been watching for a few years now. I keep thinking I sure start vlogging but then I'm like girl what you gone talk about, LOL! What camera do you use? Also I tried editing a video and was unsuccessful, any tips would be great. Thank you!

I use the canon g7x and I have dropped it so much, it’s taped up all over and not working well. I first started with my cell phone. Use your one the camera is good on these phones. The editing is definitely a struggle and I have been doing it for a while. Best of luck

36 patients? No wonder you are tired. Flu season hasn’t even started yet. Are they going to get you some help after Thanksgiving?

Lol! We wish they will give another one but nope. Some of the provider’s voiced some concerns and was told that in our interviews they ask if we were comfortable seeing 4 patients per hour and everyone said yes. So basically we are expected if necessary to see 48 patients in a 12 hour period. That is healthcare.

@@fromcnatonp 48 colds and sore throats maybe, but we get higher acuity sometimes! It can take 30 minutes to suture a patient!
