VLOOKUP to Left Column

How to VLOOKUP if the data is on the left side column? Use CHOOSE function to select specific columns and rearrange columns too.

didn't work on spreadsheet of google drive for me, but i made it with choosecols that end up making also an array, =vlookup(C2,choosecols(B:C,2,1),2,0)
