Ei bro, I loaded up vmagic mirror and it only has a green screen and nothing is happening. I reinstalled it and it's still the same. How to fix? Thanks for the nice advice and encouragement btw.

@@narulovechannel2249 No problem! Do you know what version of VMM you downloaded? There have been problems with v9.3 so it would be better to use v9.2.

Which is better now in your opinion? Version 2.0.11 or 3.5.0?

There isn't much difference in the software from when I first used it. However each new update is always better. I do like the fact that it now has a Game Locomotion setting giving you the ability to control your model like if it was in a video game. It also has VMC protocol, but I don't think it's too different to make a new tutorial. It is still a good software for beginner VTubers to use.

Thanks! It was made with VRoid, free program to make VTubers. You can find artists in Twitter or Fiverr. But becareful as you search, do a bit of research to find others that have trust.

There's problem (Windows 11?) on the latest version of VMagicMirror where it doesn't show on top of other apps, is there a way to fix it? I already tried reinstalling and I'm not sure if there is a setting in the app itself..

I don't have Windows 11. Most VTuber programs are made by individuals in sites like Booth and Github. Idk about Windows 11, but I heard rumors that it won't allow or function well with indie programs as that stuff is kind of still new. You could go back to a previous version. Sometimes, new updates don't work well.

@@KitzuArt Ah, it's okay now, when setting it to transparent, foreground should be kept on but I turned it off, I had to contact the maker of VMagicMirror, LOL!

Hello, may I ask a question? I wanted to try out vmm but when I open it, only the green screen window shows up and not the other. I've seen some ppl have the same problem but haven't found the solution yet. Do u know anything about it?

For me it takes a while to open, the green window appears first so wait a little bit for the other window. At times multiple windows open so I click once and stay patient. I would suggest you uninstall the program and install it again if nothing pops up.

Turn off whatever virus protection pragram you have running and open it again. I kind of forgot your computer sees this program as a threat so either allow it to bypass the virus firewall or turn off the antivirus program.

@@just_journeyyt read previous comments and see if they work. I did made a new video on a few problems that happen during first attempt. There's also a website for this and sometimes it depends on the version you're using.

I have a web cam but my VMagicMirror does not even track my hands at all,the only thing it tracks are just my facials and body a bit but not the hands at all any tips on how to make that work,or do i need a new better webcam or something?...

I don't think it matters what kind of web cam you have. I have a cheap web cam and it worked fine back when I started, you just have to move your hands slowly, even my better webcam can't detect fast hand movement.

@@sephirothcrescent5768 it tracks your facials and body? Are you using an iPhone and body trackers? VMM doesn't track facials with Webcam, and I don't have trackers. I use VUP for face tracking since it works very well with webcam. Have you tried Kalidoface website for hand tracking?

There is nothing on the download page about running this app on iMac sadly. But you can try 3Tene which is a little similar but has more fun options. Even VRoid is iMac compatible.

The program was created by a user not a company. So you might need to shut down some virus software protection or allow the app to have access to your files.

It supports both 3D and 2D accessories. You can try searching or creating your own props. 3D is less likely to be free but there's plenty of 2D props you can get for free in Pinterest, Twitter, and Ko-Fi. Plenty of VTubers do free art props.

Yes, this VTuber software only works for 3D models that were created in VRoid which is pretty easy to use and create your own 3D VTuber, and also models made from scratch in Blender.
