While these new ones are superior in every way my buddy's 85 with a Kerker 4 into one sounded better, especially once he lost his muffler!

Mr Repub I love that noise but collected into a header it just gets better. I love engine noise and smells. No electric for me ever.

Modern ones would sound far better with a kerker on them .

+mike blankenship If its stock, it should make approx. 174 rwp. Massive torque, I think around 115 rear wheel if memory serves right.

American paint on a Japanese bike...SMH.
@mikekemp2626 жыл бұрын
Scott F I ride the same bike in neutral colours, but I proudly display my United States veteran plates on the back. If you are on two wheels, ride what you love, love what you ride, and paint it whatever color you want. It's a world market...hell H-D has buckets full of Japanese parts (some Chinese) on it nowadays. No disrespect intended. The VMAX was inspired and designed with the AMERICAN muscle car in mind. I don't believe there is anything STOCK that is made in America that could hold a candle to the performance of the VMAX. If the were, I'd consider it. I know this is an old comment, but I had to say something. Like I said, no disrespect, just my opinion...
