valve seat blending, lapping, flow testing, assembly , this one is done now. Next videos; how to dyno tune your mini , and how to make a supercharger kit !
When valves are lapped in, they should go silent from the rough initial sound of the paste cutting, always use fine paste.

As all the head modifiers seem maxed out at the mo and some prices have gone up, I am seriously considering doing this myself. So searching for inspiration and info I came across your videos and have just watched all three! Many thanks for posting them, there are very few instructional ones about and these will help greatly. I'll probably contact you for more detail :-)

I'd practice on an old worn out casting first if I were you. Easy to make (costly) mistakes.

@@graemecatty9921that’s what I ended up doing. I picked up a supposedly scrap head for £15. Cleaned it up and started working on it. It’s been running in my car for about a year now 😂😂

Nice work on the head altho one thing I learnt when porting and polishing heads for carburettor engines is to port both the inlet and the exhaust but only polish the exhaust port and i do know that might sounds odd but if you polish the inlet side as swell the fuel/air mix may not mix properly and make the head produce less horse power and there is a fine line where you can polish the inlet just enough to increase airflow and have the air/fuel mix probably aswell
