Billions of dollars, millions of tourists, and thousands of athletes and security forces are behind the Paris Olympics, which kick off Friday with a ceremony on the Seine River. The games faced some roadblocks in the run-up, from political upheaval to threats of COVID-19. Lisa Bryant reports.
