Well a lot of Germans are disappointed bc there was another entry (Ryk-Oh Boy) that didn’t make it but where the bookkeepers thought would make it and had actually put at a higher spot … so as always the entry isn’t bad but we won’t put our hopes up.

Problem is that despite always being called an unpolitical contest, ESC is exactly the most political event ever. Thanks to a certain (btw not German) idiot, Germany is going to be hated by the world forever. We only win when no other country has the money to host ESC - just look back at world events and the timing of Germany winning.

we did not hate on isaac, we hated on NDR and their horrible organisations of this for DECADES. Isaac carried this all by himself, the german eurovision team had NOTHING to do with this. Isaac was never the issue, NEVER.

I don't care for ESC very much, but this year I REALLY kept my fingers crossed for him. He is such a good singer (and also seems to be a nice guy) and it would have been a shame if he would have been on one of the last places like so many German entries over the last couple of years. He isn't underrated because he is from Germany, he is underrated because he came with a Song that even we (young ?) Germans ourselves don't actually like. It only won the NF because Viewership among Folks between 14-49 Years old went down by 35% in Comparision to last Year while overall Viewership rose by 200.000 in the same Time Span. It makes Sense that isn't popular within the ESC Audience which is primarily the younger Age Group that mostly didn't even watch the NF, let alone voted. Run Un Ah Äh has failed to chart entirely, it is the first German ESC Song to do so since "I Don't Feel Hate", after "Rockstars" was a TOP10 Hit and the "Blood And Glitter"-Album a NO. 1 Album which is all there is to say.

I can say that this is like a stream, and everyone who listens to it sticks in this stream and flows with his emotions, voice and music...so Isaak takes every listener to the real world inside of their heart and brain. Because everyone is on the run...

I'm glad you were able to get so much out of Isaak's performance. I like Poland's contribution, but the studio version convinces me more than the excerpts from the rehearsals. Perhaps LUNA still relies too much on staging. Of course, I also find Croatia very promising.

In this years' lineup Isaak is one of the best singers, if not THE best. If this gets mistreated like previous German entries, I will lose all faith in the contest and accept, that it has indeed become a shit show targeted to get high ratings in Asia and USA.

I am not saying this is winning material (just like the other German entries of the past decade), however, almost all of them deserved better than what they got, espacially compared to weaker entries from other countires that still scored much higher. It's undeniable that no one would see "Always On The Run "coming last, if it was from any other country

Danke für dein Video. Das ist eigentlich nicht unbedingt meine Musik, aber mir gefällt es sehr gut. Leider wird das Lied unter den Buchmachern auf Platz 22 von 26 Liedern geführt. Leider wird Deutschland wieder ganz hinten landen. Warum? Weil der Balkan sich gegenseitig die Punkte geben. Genauso sieht das im Norden aus und im Osten. Obwohl viele Hits aus England kommen, landet England auch meistens auf den hinteren Plätzen. An den KZbin Klicks sieht man auch das andere Lieder Millionen Klicks haben und Deutschland viel weniger. Dazu sind Deutsche leider nie patriotisch und machen sich selber immer schlecht. Einfach nur schade.

He has a great voice and way of singing. The song also isn’t bad, not the most exciting one, but a nice one for the radio. Where it will crumble probably will be the performance itself. If the song will be displayed like there, it’ll be wayyyy to boring to look at for the Eurovision watcher. It needs to have something. Some kind of show element where he could stand out with. So no fire, not just flashy lights. Some way of original performance to support the song because otherwise it’ll be just boring and the song will be received as such. Aka bottom placement
