"Sine from Above" hits me as a reflection on youth (Gaga- Childhood, Elton- Living it up in your 20s); where we start, how we come into our own, and how quickly life all at once seems to pass us by. Honestly I feel like it's the best album of hers since Born This Way, for a few reasons. First, it's very cohesive. It feels like one large project that fits well together. Second, while Artpop had some fun experimentation and good tracks, it felt very all over the place, like she was playing with different things but never landed on anything specific. Joanne was also good, but it obviously was a lot more stripped back in genre. This new one was definitely very well thought-through both lyrically and instrumentaly. It was very intentful.

The lyrics are so meaningful and powerful. I love the album and my favorite is Plastic Doll. Because when she mentions blonde hair and cherry lips, I think she's talking about her management in paparazzi and the fame and possibly that one guy she dated too. I also connected Fun Tonight where she mentions how we loved Paparrazi and The Fame but we never saw how much in pain she was in those eras as fans since many got into her music in those eras. I saw old videos of her and I could see now how much in pain she was in but tried hiding it by smiling.

I smiled when you brought up chamber string on CIII, the similarity of SFA’s chorus to an aria and the drum & bass section at the end. We need more reactors like you. Where someone who actually knows music describe a song from a technical standpoint. I’m aware that there are a number of ‘vocal coach’ reaction videos, but I prefer your channel cause you go beyond the vocal: you bring up different music styles, genres and instruments. We need more of that and less contrived “YAAASSSSS”. Subscribed.

It was incredibly interesting to hear you point out some of the musically technical aspects/intricacies of these songs! And I could tell you were having fun while doing it; I really enjoyed this. I agree this could work as a musical; Gaga did a good job of planning this tracklist to feel like a journey through a story. My favorite section is the middle of the album, from Chromatica II through Replay, with Replay being my favorite song on the album right now. I'm most conflicted about Sine from Above. I love most of it, and I think the ending is interesting, but the ending section also feels so short! Like it didn't have enough time to really accomplish what it wanted to do. It's still an epic song though.
