This is of course understandable due to the pandemic but i felt like she's done better. However the concept, the whole futuristic feel, the costumes and music videos were some of the best she's ever done! But i still think artpops better due to the fact that the artpop rave was incredible and the songs were great. Her street style was weird but that was part of promoting the album and applause and GUY, well the artistic side was visually stunning!

Chromatica will always have a special place in my heart. I would've loved the album anyway but this is an album of pop bangers - and then a fucking pandemic happened! Only getting to listen to it on my own at home really reinforced my appreciation for queer spaces, gay clubs and Pride events where these songs were made for. When I hear them now I always remember never to take that for granted.
