My mom got tickets to Ed Sheeran a couple years ago. We just wanted to see any concert and it happened to be him. So as a guy I only thought of him as a cheesy love song guy, but holy sh*t. He his the most talented artist alive. His concert was one of the most amazing things I have ever been to. He is my guilty pleasure

I took my daughter to see Ed in Toronto in 2018, and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

I've been listening to this song for 4 days straight. I've always respected Ed as a musician but until now the only song I've really admired of him was I See Fire that he wrote for the Hobbit. But this is by far his greatest song. I love the way his singing is almost percussive. The way he uses an almost fluid staccato during the chorus really meshes with the drums. Although even the chorus near the end where they turn down the music still feels complete because he is maintaining the percussive beat with his voice.

I saw him in 2017 when divide came out. I loved his music then and didn’t even realize at the time he didn’t play with a full background band but man… it didn’t matter. You never even notice it! He was so good. You definitely have to see him.
