Yes KZ speaks English. It is the medium of instruction in the schools here in the Philippines and she is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology. She could have been a doctor until she won XFACTOR Phils. 1st edition in 2012, and she shot up to fame for her musicality.

KZ is truly a unique entertainer you can't help but be drawn into her on stage presence. I agree with other comments you need to watch her brilliant rendition of Rolling In The Deep. If your into Harmonies then check out 4th Impact these 4 Sisters are the Harmony Queens with a huge online fan base (Dreamers) and yes there from the Phillipines too. They first appeared on the UK X Factor back in 2015 with their rendition of Bang Bang which has become the most watched Video on KZbin with almost 170 million views, but their talents have only gotten better since then.

Almost every one speaks English in the Philippines. It's taught in schools as a second-language from grade-school to university.. Even in the farthest corners of the country. Also, every province speak a different dialect. Most people speak more than one. Plus Spanish is taught in Catholic schools on top of Tagalog and English.
