This Feel My Rhythm got a lot of hint： 1. Joy lying on water (Ophelia - John Everett Milley) 2. Irene swing ("The Swing" - Fragonard) 3. Irene with umbrella with Seulgi ("The Woman Holding the Umbrella" - Monet) 4. Yeri Hair Style with strawberry ("Four Seasons" - Mucha) 5. At the End of the MV is the fountain frome from the painting of Hieronymus Bosch , it can be found in The Garden of Earthly Delights 6. Seulgi standing on the ladder (paul dominique - lady looking behind the wall) 7. Wendy & Yeri looking at Joy in the water (paul dominique - Nymphs Finding the Head of Orpheus) Hieronymus Bosch painting is all related to this Feel My Rhythm MV including the RedVelvet all sitting inside of room with a table (actually is a monster)(Climbing the Ladder: On Hieronymus Bosch's Vision of Hell) This is a Triptych - a single narrative artwork split into 3 panels. the castle at the end of the MV is in the first panel. the sudden transitions, pots and pans/metallic type of beat in the verses, the classical “air on the g string” sample rlly matches and ties the whole song together. The chorus with the classical sample in the background makes it sound so euphoric and magical. another banger wow and the whole concept and this mv is definitely one of SM’s best!! idk why but feel my rhythm is like a happy version of their song psycho lmao

There's actually a history of classical music being incorporated into Kpop, particularly by SM Entertainment (Red Velvets' company). Other songs include T.O.P. - Shinhwa (Swan Lake), Triangle - TVXQ-BoA-Traxx (Mozart Symph. no. 40), I Yah - H.O.T. (Mozart Symphony no. 40. Other companies did this too, referencing everything from Schumann's Dichterliebe, Vivaldi's Winter (2nd mvt.) to Pachelbel's Canon in D.

I wish for more originality in music but I think that music has been covered from every possible angle that we mere mortals are capable of covering by now. Oh, well. What we have to work with in this time period is limited. Mathematically, there is noting left, it has literally all been done. What a shame. Red Velvet did what they do best, which is to bring a fresh view to the world. Luv them all! :)

I am freaking out and shaking while commenting this, they went OFF during this Music Video it has to be one of my favorites already because WOW and the Visuals HOLY COW they have to be one of my favorites as well because everyone looks so Gorgeous legit this is everyone's era! Irene oh my Goodness looks so Stunning she is a freaking Goddess I kept pausing on her moments on screen because she was so Gorgeous and her Vocals/Rap is insane. You could've hit those, but you were just sitting, commenting on the video, not really hearing the voice inside. And I've noticed age deepens the voice with everyone except the most highly trained operatic singers. There's a beautiful high note that Susanna Hoffs hits in "Eternal Flame," which she doesn't even try to hit anymore. Billy Joel had an amazing range (and incredible vibrato) when I first heard him sing "Piano Man." When he does his songs now, they're moved down a few keys. You're still young, but these girls are 20. Yeah, you could hit those notes. Have you ever heard "You Could've Been With Me," by Sheena Easton? She hits those notes, but with power. Brings tears to my eyes. If you haven't done that one yet...
