Next from AC/DC could be Live Wire. From High Voltage with Bon Scott. My favourite and very underrated song. Please check.

OMG YES I love that song. Especially love the live version from Paris (except that the low bass string was out of tune the entire song haha). Bu the way it builds and how the riff has space to ring out... great song.

You are like watching and episode of behind the music. How you completely define what we are hearing. I have listened to these songs since before you were born and you completely educated me on why I love them. Outstanding

This was Brian's voice and lyrics at their absolute best - annunciation is most clear - later albums don't have the consistency this album did all around (reasons/theories aside). I began listening to AC/DC in 1978 as a 10 yo. Bon Scott was king and when he died (1980) following the release and tour of Highway to Hell (1979), it was inconceivable that anyone could take his place. Back in Black was nearly unbelievable and the new band formation's best effort. Sadly AC/DC would never top their freshman showing. However, Bon Scott's album's were repeatedly gutsy and brilliant with H2H being the crowning jewel. Please, Darling Rebecca, give Bon's singing a listen: Highway to Hell; Let There Be Rock; Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap; High Voltage, etc. Quick note: only Bon Scott, brothers Malcolm and Angus Young were born and raised their early years in Scotland before emigrating to Australia. All other band members are either English, with Phil Rudd being the sole Australian.

Man this song just straight up struts. Just straight up struts. The simplicity of the groove, especially the notoriously solid drums w/o much in the way of fills, just keeps that step by step chug cranking. Love it.

I saw a lot of "reacts to" to this song but you hit it. I like your reaction when you her Brian's voice first. Then, when Angus' riff/ solo started, like you pointed out this "tickling" fast tones. I think you are the only one, who paid so much attention to every single note. Super!

When he sings an octave lower and half the power-such as the beginning of Rock and Roll ain't noise pollution - his voice is completely different and smooth.
@JDAfrica2 жыл бұрын
His natural singing voice is much lower. In AC/DC he wanted to try retain the rasp and character of Bon Scott’s vocals. But his lower range, can be heard in his previous band Geordie

AC/DC are from australia. AC/DC was founded by scottish born brothers angus and malcolm young in 1973.
