It's wonderful to hear an original rendition of this song. He is such a talented singer/song writer/musician and it's terrific that artists are getting away from being under the thumb of corporate suits (i.e. SME). Austin already has so many original songs on his channel ("If I Met You Now", "Real Talk", "Off the Grid" and "I'll Go First" among others). Steven Martinez is a long time friend of his and a magician with any string thing & Aria Stiles is brilliant.

Southern Gospel upbringing meets a musical theater education and joins with a marvelous voice. I was really fun to watch you experience this. Ms. Styles also provided the violin on his I'll Go First release, and both she and Steven are in his newly formed backup band. Steven is one of his best friends, a fantastic producer, he was the guitar player on Austin's first few solo videos (Unchained Melody for example) until he got too busy with other artists; he and Austin put out a duet years ago, a cover of 10,000 Years. If you want 'raw' Austin in concert, look for a fan video, Austin Brown - O Holy Night. He sings it solo with only a piano accompaniment. In addition to the list Teresa gives in another comment of Austin's originals, a few other originals he has done are When I Get Done Healing, End of the Line (both written and dueted (?) with the fantastic Makena Hartlin - they also did a cover of Never Had a Dream a while ago), She Loves Me, Waking Up With an Angel, AI, Dawghouse. Then there are a few other covers Two versions of a song he and Jeffrey East helped another writer bring to life, The Humankind (Check out Austin's two TikToks for that one!!), I'm Alright, and - this one. Austin Brown: The Covers is where you can find them as the others do not have videos. I like to think he is singing to the established musical 'organization' that is Nashville - he is announcing his arrival as an independent artist, and letting them know he intends to succeed.

There is so much amazing music on Austin's YT channel. For covers I would start with Unchained Melody (which has over 17 million views) and Bring Him Home where he shows off his musical theater training. I second the recommendation for Hers Ain't Mine. Other original I would recommend is I'll Go First (bring tissues) and Coming Home to You.
