Agatha Piedra me too, all day long. He is phenomenal in the best heartfelt way. I am disabled 61 year old American woman and my life is really in a dark place, listening to Dimash puts that light in my life. I love him so much! Amazing 6 octaves boy. You can’t train voice like him unfortunately. However Kazakh people are very talented in music. I’m Kazakh woman and I love to sing as most of population in KZ love to do. This song is sung in Russian. His performance took place in Sochi Russia. He was raised speaking both Kazakh and Russian as are all children in Kazakhstan. His English is improving daily and he is also studying Mandarin. He spends most of his time in his studio when he is not performing. He is a very dedicated young man. Dimash said in a interview his vocal chords were longer that normal ones, and also he took singing classes since he was 5 years old, also his parents are both well known kazakh singers, you have to add to all his training the passion he has for music, he is singing practically all the time since he was child. It is a great combination of factors to get that awesome result. He also plays many instruments and sings in several languages. To simplify we prefer to assume he is an alien xD

Oh, that’s a 22 second run at the end without a breath! That beats his prior longest of 19 seconds in a few different songs. Neither of Dimash’s parents are very tall...Dimash is considerably taller than either. I think it’s because it’s lungs just keep growing and they need room. 😂😂😂

Dimash was a child prodigy! he was obsessed with music since he could talk and struggled with normal activities for children wanting to practice music instead! I believe both his parents are also singers so it was encouraged and he had access to good trainers. He's always had magical vocals and been able to manipulate his voice like such. I believe his music teacher said he had "Perfect Pitch".....?

If I remember correctly, it was his beloved grandmother who first noticed his perfect pitch and then had it verified by his teacher(s). His mom is a well known professional opera singer and his dad is also a well known contemporary/pop singer. So you're basically right, my friend! :D

Dimash’s own song Unforgettable Day at Gakku, it is beautiful with a 5-sec Whistle note towards the end. Awesome voice ranges and pure emotion with the songs he performs. You don’t need to know the language, you feel the song when he sings. Some experts have said that his voice is unique and rare, not using falsetto but rather a countertenor comparable to a contralto female singer. He has studied music, performed and worked very hard for about 20 yrs, sings in several languages and plays several instruments. Dear vocal trainer, if you want to find out how Dimash sings, come to his concert in Moscow 22 - 23.03. Tickets are still there. And in the summer of 29.06, Dimash gives a concert in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Kazakhs are very hospitable people. You will be met with great respect and love. You can visit the music college where Dimash studied classical vocals. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

I am not a Singer but I appreciate and listen to good music such as Scorpion, Air Supply, Modern Talking, Lara Fabian, Andy William, Simon and Garfunkel, Julie Andrew, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Bruno Mars etc... But after I listen to Dimash I stick to him most of the time because his voice represent many type of voices. Incredible! I even listen to his earlier performances when he was still young. You may found that he was not always nailed a song but because I already fell in love with his voice, some weaknesses somewhere somehow won't affect my loyalty to Dimash because he is real and a rare gem indeed. He even reach whistle tone in his performance of song title Tugan Zher (My Homeland). You can see this in his first performance in Dimash Bastau Concert 2017. He also sang Diva Dance Fifth Element in that concert. Just to give you some information and not to force you to react all at once. Just take your time. Hello from Croatia and thank you for great reaction 😊 I'll try to answer to some of your questions...first is yes, it was Dimash written on Kazakh language and all Dears are proudly showing his name wherever he sings...next, every performance of Dimash is different and that is what makes him so special. I hope you will react to every one of them beacause every single one is new experiance...he is so versitale and beside his range from F2 - D8, he takes the song and makes it unique. He is multitalented not only in singing, but he plays several instruments and he sings in 7-8 different language. He was trained since he was 5 years old to be opera singer but he choose to sing "Neoclassic" stile which is mix opera, pop and traditional elements as you could see in Sinfull passion, that Arabic riff...he rearanged every song and makes it his own, so you sow just a little bit of what he is capable of...I am not a singer but I watched almost every reaction on Dimash from vocal coaches and I learned some things...I really suggest you to watch more of his performances and I promisse you will enjoy as we all did..."Show must go on" is another "killer" 😂😂😂 so please do react to it 😉 BTW this insane belt and riff that you repeted at the end of song was in one breath 😂😂😂...he is unbelievable isn't he 😂😂...looking forward to your next reaction...🤗🤗🤗❤

Dimash's father and mother are singer too. His father is baritone and his mother lyric soprano. So he was borned in music that's why he is extraordinary. He had a very strict education in his country. He started to take classical and folk music education in the same time when he was 9 . He is lucky because his vocal coach is very experienced in Kazakhistan. He has eastern and western runs, to able to do both. This makes him special. His range unbelieveable. Besides he is very kind and warm. He has not EGO. That' s why people love hım so much:-) Love your reactions man!!

rachmaninoffxx Tuna Actually he has been classically trained since he started private music school at 5 yrs old. His high school years were also spent in a private musical school. He completed his school years with several musical degrees from college. Dimash continues to have lessons with musical coaches and practices up to 14 hours a day. Music is his life!

And now...something totally different....Dimash/Idol Hits/Screaming......Yes, Dimash has been taking professional vocal lessens since the age of 5...He was offered a position with the Opera company of the 5th largest Opera house...but he wanted to incorporate different styles of music in his career....Dimash constantly studies and rearranges....so you will almost never hear him sing the same song exactly the same twice...

Hi Chris, Awesome reaction, when I first heard this about 2 mths ago I was astounded, I thought i'd heard everything Dimash could do then he still amazes. This was a fairly recent performance in Sochi Russia at the "New Wave" festival, a competition for up and coming young singers (Dimash was special guest at opening ceremony, not a contestant lol). 20 yrs in the making this extraordinary talent. 👌👌👌😊

I love watching vocal coaches react to Dimash. You mentioned how each time he does something differently and you are correct. Watch his version of Lionel Richie’s ‘Hello’ and be prepared for something completely different. Also, if you recall the diva dance from the movie ‘the fifth element’ he also performs that.
