so when i was a kid I remember the first time i really heard Jordan Fisher *sing* was during a Disney Channel cast performance of "Do You Wanna Build A Snowman" where he was basically doing the entire solo at the end and I dont know if you react/ analyze group performances or anything but I kinda recommend you watch that because I think that might be one of his youngest performances?? It's not technically live I guess since it was recorded for and played on Disney Channel.
